How heavy can I pack each bin?+
Each bin holds 60–70 lbs comfortably. For heavy items like books, spread them across a few bins — your back will thank you on moving day.
How many bins do I actually need?+
Studios and 1-bedrooms typically need 15–20, 2–3 bedrooms need 30–40, and larger homes 50+. When in doubt, go one tier up — we'd rather you have extra than run short mid-pack.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?+
For delivery it helps so we can place the bins where you want them. For pickup, just stack the empties outside — you don't need to be there at all.
What if I need them longer than 2 weeks?+
Just text us and we'll extend at $15/week. No penalty fees, no awkward conversations. Life happens — we get it.
Can I use the bins for storage, not just moving?+
Absolutely. Renovations, between homes, temporary storage — the 2-week base still applies but you can extend as long as needed.

What if a bin gets damaged?+
Normal wear is fine — these are built to take a beating. If something gets cracked or broken, just let us know and we'll work it out. No surprise fees over a scuff.
